Privacy Policy
This explains what CleanNStage Home Cleaners collects when you book a clean, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated October 4, 2026.
Who we are
CleanNStage Home Cleaners is a residential cleaning business based in London, Ontario. You can reach us on +1 382-882-4944 or at cleannstagecleaners@gmail.com. We are the ones responsible for the information described here.
What we collect, and when
When you use the booking form we ask for, in this order: your name, your phone number, your email address, and the address of the home, including the postal code. After that we ask about the job itself: the type of clean, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you want us, the condition of the home, any add-ons, your preferred date and time, anything we should know such as pets or how to get in, and how you heard about us.
Your contact details are sent to us as you complete that first part of the form, before you reach the end. That means if you stop partway we may still hold your name and number, and we may use them to follow up about the enquiry you started. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete them.
If you give us your email address for our offer list, we collect only that address.
Why we use it
To quote your clean, confirm the date, carry out the work, and contact you about that booking. If you joined the offer list, to let you know when we have an offer on or a slot free. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Bookings land in a private spreadsheet in our own Google account and are emailed to us. The services that handle the information on our behalf are Google, who store the spreadsheet and send the notification, and Cloudflare, who host this page. Both act on our instructions.
Cookies and advertising
The first time you arrive we ask whether you accept our advertising cookie, and nothing is loaded until you answer. If you decline, the Meta pixel is never fetched at all, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the booking page.
If you accept it, we use the Meta pixel. It is a piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and it records that a browser visited this page and whether the booking form was started or finished. We use it to see whether our ads are working and to show them to people like you. It does not receive the details you type. Meta explains what it does with this in its privacy policy, and you can control ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences, in your browser settings, or with your device's tracking controls.
This site also stores your answers on your own device while you are filling the form in, so that a dropped connection or a closed tab does not make you start again. That copy stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browsing data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about work we have done and meet our tax and insurance obligations. Enquiries that never became bookings are removed once they are clearly no longer going anywhere.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cleannstagecleaners@gmail.com or call +1 382-882-4944 and we will deal with it. If you are on the offer list, every email we send has an unsubscribe, and you can also just reply and ask.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
